Terms of Service

By placing an order with Luna & Friends, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Curated & Mystery Bundles

Luna & Friends specializes in curated and mystery-style bundles. Unless a product description specifically identifies an item as guaranteed, the exact items, designs, styles, colors, brands, and assortment included in a bundle may vary.

Product photos, videos, livestreams, and previously fulfilled orders may show examples of items that may be included but do not guarantee that the same items will be included in every order.

We take great care to create bundles that meet the description, theme, color palette, item count, and/or collection selected at the time of purchase.

Live & Recorded Bundle Pulls

Some Luna & Friends orders may be selected, curated, pulled, packed, or revealed during a livestream or recorded video.

Purchasing a bundle does not guarantee that the customer's order will appear during a specific livestream or video unless specifically stated in the product listing or promotion.

Final Sale

Because our bundles are individually curated and may contain mystery items, all bundle and mystery-box sales are final once fulfillment has begun.

We do not accept returns or exchanges because a customer does not prefer a particular item, color, style, design, or assortment received in a mystery or curated bundle.

This does not affect our responsibility to correct verified fulfillment errors or address merchandise that arrives damaged.

Cancellations

If you need to request a cancellation, please contact Luna & Friends as soon as possible.

Cancellation requests are not guaranteed once an order has entered fulfillment, been pulled or curated, packed, or shipped.

Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items

If an order arrives damaged, contains an incorrect item, or is missing an item that should have been included according to the purchased product description, please contact Luna & Friends promptly after delivery.

We may request photographs of the item, packaging, shipping box, and/or shipping label so we can investigate and resolve the issue.

When a fulfillment error is verified, Luna & Friends will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include replacement of the affected item, a comparable replacement when the original item is unavailable, store credit, or a refund for the affected portion of the order, as appropriate.

Item Counts & Promotional Items

When a bundle is sold by item count, the order will include the number of items stated in the applicable product listing.

Complimentary gifts, promotional bonuses, Luna Bucks, giveaways, or other free promotional items are not considered part of the purchased item count unless specifically stated otherwise.

Promotional offers are subject to the terms stated at the time of the promotion and may not be combined unless specifically permitted.

Product Availability & Substitutions

Because many Luna & Friends products are purchased or curated in limited quantities, individual items may sell out or become unavailable.

When necessary, we may substitute an item with another item of reasonably comparable type or value while maintaining the overall theme or description of the purchased bundle.

Shipping

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.

Luna & Friends is not responsible for delivery delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, incorrect addresses provided by the customer, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or undeliverable address, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be reshipped.

Pricing & Promotions

Prices, discounts, promotional offers, free gifts, and availability may change without notice.

A promotion applies only during its advertised promotional period and cannot generally be applied retroactively to previous purchases.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Customers who believe there is a problem with an order are encouraged to contact Luna & Friends first so we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue.

Fraudulent or improper payment disputes may be contested using available order records, tracking information, customer communications, product descriptions, and fulfillment documentation.

Acceptance of These Terms

By completing a purchase from Luna & Friends, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the applicable product description and understand the curated or mystery nature of the product being purchased.

These Terms of Service should be read together with our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy.
